Radhanath Swami

It is my great pleasure to let you know that this Thursday, Sep. 4th, we’ll have a very special guest at the lounge: His Holiness Radhanath Swami.
Of all the different swamis, gurus, and spiritual leaders I had the fortune to meet, Radhanath Swami is one of the greatest inspirations in my spiritual life. Though powerful and has thousands of disciples and followers he is always so humble, modest, unassuming, and approachable. His kirtanas are also quite an experience.
So folks, we are in for a lots of spiritual fun this Thursday. As always the lounge will open by 7pm.

I have written a wonderful book entitled, “Where Souls Dream God: Westerner’s Perceptions of Spiritual India.” The book demonstrates the spiritual glory of Mother India thru Her saints, & thru stories by Western devotees’ experiences in India from a spiritual perspective. Approximately 40 stories are included from a variety of authentic spiritual tradititions, plus around 120 photos.
While I was interviewing Vaiyasaki Das for the book he kindly remarked, “The one person you should really interview to make your book complete is Radhanath Maharaj. He then went on to tell me briefly about Maharaj’s early life as a Saivite sadhu & his transformation into the Vaishnava tradition thru Srila Prabhupad.
I have also read his wonderful account of his experiences in Vrindavan with Sri Ganshyam Baba.
Would it be possible to arrange a meeting with Swami Maharaj while he is in San Diego? The purpose would be to interview him for inclusion in the book which is presently nearing completion.
Jai Sri Radhe! Jai Sri Shyam!
